Martin Küchen’s new solo approach—playing two horizontal handdrums, cymbals, and sopranino saxophone simultaneously—is a visceral meditation on time, sound, chance, and the vibrancy of life and death. The fragile wail of the saxophone intertwines with the earthy pulse of percussion, creating a soundscape where breath and rhythm blur, and silence holds as much weight as noise. This is music as ritual, unpredictable, raw, and deeply human, where every gesture becomes a reflection on presence, impermanence, and the unseen forces that shape our existence.

Raed Yassin and Diana Miron’s collaboration unites two distinct yet complementary musical voices, creating a rich dialogue of sound and expression. Diana, a versatile musician, vocalist, violinist, violist, and composer, s known for developing unique vocal techniques and a distinctive musical language. Her work includes international collaborations, compositions for film and theater, and innovative performative installations, all driven by a commitment to push beyond conventional stylistic boundaries. Raed, a pioneering double bassist and electronic musician, employs extended techniques, preparations, and objects on his instrument to explore textures, vibrations, and the physical dimensions of sound. His music also incorporates immersive electronic soundscapes inspired by early electronic music and musique concrète. Together, their partnership is defined by a shared passion for exploring and expanding the limits of sound and form. Their collaborative process often centers on improvisation and experimental sound exploration, resulting in music that is both dynamic and emotionally resonant.
