Tigre de Monte was born in mid 2020, previously known as Rey Tigre, which has its origins around 2017.
The name was now given because I moved to Monteverde, Costa Rica and this has had an impact in the music I was making.
I have Started seeking to leave music genders or boxes, and embrace more the simplicity of music with a raw and honest sound.
Since I live in the forest my song influences are wild animals like Snakes, Bats and Rats, but also about life and death.
2022 was a good year for me,I have released a compilation of demos called Vida Cruda, I have presentations in Mexico City and a small Tour in Europe through different countries such as Austria, Czech Republic, Italy and Switzerland.
